Baseball

WHEN:  Registration is ongoing for the 2024 Spring Baseball season. Practices will be Tuesdays and Fridays 4:30-6:30pm beginning February 27, 2024. 

WHERE:  Practices and home games are played in Mt. Pleasant, TX at the fields at the Civic Center.  Away games are typically in the NorthEast Texas area.

WHO:  Young men 14 - 18 years old (14 years old - 12th grade) are invited to participate.  Players must meet all eligibility guidelines as published by the NCHC per CHAAMP Bylaws 7.0.4 (adopted June 2022).

HOW:  Click the Registration button above. You can also look for registration to be announced via the various homeschool email loops in the Mt. Pleasant area (CHEMPA & CHEC).  We require various forms to be completed as well as a season fee to be paid ($230 for the spring season. Discounts for siblings are available).  If you are not part of a Mt. Pleasant homeschool group, please email us directly to learn about registering.

Players will need to provide:

• purple socks

• purple belt

• grey pants (either long or short)

• bat (optional)

• glove

• cleats (rubber molded / turf. Metal cleats are optional)

CHAAMP will provide:

• shared team batting helmets

• jersey

• hat

• Team entry fees for tournaments
